Hoping Coaly or one of the guys can chime and and me some thoughts. Attached is the pic of my current liner and boot.. measures 13 1/2 " across. I can't seem to find an oval to round boot adapter to fit on top of my 8" round Fisher insert.. Thoughts ?

With the oval / rectangle exhausts I use a rectangle to round boot adapter, it will screw down to the top of the insert.

Wow, can't say I have seen that before. For most I say take a picture of what you want to a local metal shop and have them fab up a stainless steel boot to over over top with a slit in the side for the damper, i guess they could as well do an oval exhaust, but man you really should go round and bust out the damper on the fireplace to make room, those ovals are hard on draft, let alone about impossible to clean without dragging everything out.

It will mount on the Insert, and they all require some modification to make the damper rod fit. Your concern is more with the fit of the liner side and angle if the liner can't be moved much.
