Lol how would wood be non organic?

It wouldn't be organic certified if the tree was sprayed with any chemical pesticide, insecticide, fungicide, etc etc. which isn;t typically done just on firewood, but often done on nut or fruit trees.

I find it hard to believe they would actually be organic certified though, unless it is from something like an organic nut farm, but this is oak we are talking about. Send em a message asking which agency has certified them to be organic.

A marketing ploy used by high end restaurants with wood fired pizza ovens etc.Seen it near me that term all steaks and seafood cooked on organic firewood. People will believe anything.I cook my steaks over oak,cherry,and apple,is the wood organic maybe maybe not .

too cheap,.. I would have asked for a first born as well.

Oh I forgot about the food industry actually cooking over firewood, that makes sense then. But still I wonder if it really is actually certified organic or is he just calling it organic.

I don't get all the hate. The seller has identified a niche market which has a need and is filling it at a premium. Getting an extra ~$175 per cord is no joke.
