Whats the best pricing you have seen on pre-insulated liners for wood stoves? Whats the best stuff you have used and what style do you like. Have you made a mistake in the past? Post it here!

The only types we will use for wood stoves are either heavy wall flex liners if the stove will be a primary heat source or a mid weight liner for a weekend burner. But light wall liners will work ok as long as you burn correctly and maintain them correctly as well. My pricing will be totally different than your so it is not worth comparing. The only type I would say you absolutly do not want to install is the 2ply smooth wall liner. It is absolute junk

so flex pipe like what is shown at 3:00 in the video? pre-insulated is optimal. I would say that I will have periods of time where I'll burn this kind of stove nightly and if its good at what it does daily as well.

That is light wall flex liner it will work fine and if you are on a tight buget that is probably what you will end up with. It is not as durable as the heavier stuff but as long as you don't abuse it it should give you a good lifespan

Despite how it looks in the pictures it doesn't flex that much. Plan on getting an appliance adapter and the proper type of 30 degree SS elbow.

That depends on the liner some flex allot actually the heavier wall liners flex more also

This is the cheapest I can find but I am not sure of the quality. Looks like I adhere the insulation to the pipe and then wrap it with wire mesh, Thoughts?

After you select a size a bunch of options become available below.

Well for Canadian it says free shipping but upon talking to customer service they would charge you through fed-ex. not such a good deal for Canadians.

I am going for something that will last 10-15years.

That is correct. My instructions stated to glue the insulation with the provided spray glue, tape the seam and several areas along the run with the provided foil tape then install the mesh sock.

Rockford website does say Free Shipping, to the lower 48 states. But they did offer a 10% discount on their liner kits, that might take the shipping cost down to nothing?

I am speaking to some local installers to see what we can arrange.
