We like it a lot! It heats our little house (936sqft) great! I think the only complaint I might have about it is that the hopper only holds 35lbs, I'm filling it at least once a day. With it being an insert, you can't just dump a bag in, you have to pour some pellets in, push them back into the hopper, pour some more in, push them back, again and again until it's full. Right now, I'm buring a bag every day and a half thanks to the programmable thermostat.

Musicfire, did you know that you can adjust the pellet hopper to fit a larger opening? The stove comes from the factory with the hopper in it's smallest setting. If your fireplace height is very much taller than the stove, you can enlarge the hopper. I really like my stove also.
 
That's only on the larger units galen. The pioneer bay and newport bay hoppers are only 35lbs with no adjustment.
