Hi. I need advice on the installation of an older (I think 1970's) earth stove woodburning insert. I'm not sure what's in the fireplace we are trying to put the insert in. I can find a metal tag that has the name majestic but can't read the rest. Do I have a prefab fireplace or what?

Posting a picture will help. If this is a prefab, that stove likely can't go in there.

I have a Vermont Casting Parlor Furnace wood stove. I am looking for a manual to show how to assemble the unit. It has been disassembled, sanded and cleaned. I need to see how it goes back together, Mark.

Majestic makes prefabs, doubt you can legally install that old beast in there.
