Got one cord left. Enough for the rest of the season? (Pennsylvania)?

You are doing better than me- I've got about a face cord left. I don't plan on buying anymore for this season, but i do have a load of logs ready to buck and split for next season. I've got over 3/4 tank of fuel oil, so hopefully we'll be allright for the rest of the season. Praying for an early and abnormally warm spring :)

I've seen the thumb rule posted here that you should have 1/2 of your wood supply left on 01 Feb. That seems to be a pretty good estimate to me. I'm always surpised how much I burn in the Feb- Mar-Apr part of the heating season.

Half the wood pile on Groundhog day means you have plenty for the remainder of this burning season and enough to get started next fall.

A cord certainly should be plenty now. However, now is also the time to get next year's supply on hand so it has time to season before fall. Order 4 more cords.

Hiya Newtown, you'll be fine for this year. If it was me, I'd be ordering next years load now, get it stacked, and it should be in better shape and even dryer than this years was.
And yes, do before seeding lawn.
I have next years left in the stack. I talked to my guy, and will be getting 4 dump truck loads in the next few months.

I bet I have 1/2 of what I have burned this year still left. This time last year I had 1/2 of what I have this year and I ran out in April. I should easily make it through this year and expect to have at least 1 cord leftover

NewTown, I have all my wood for next year stacked and ready to burn. Whether you cut your own or buy wood, what I would do is bite the bullet this year and get enough for two years. This way you will always be ahead and you will always have dry wood, not "seasoned". I have one cord left and that should take me through mid April or longer depending on temps.
