I'll start it.

You have to mow a path to the woodpile to get a few more splits.

Nope not here!! but still cool enough for a break-in.

Gotta say that that avatar suits BB--you know, fanning the flames :p

When the dog and cats start moving away from the living room and out to the porch.

...when you find yourself suddenly opening all the doors and windows.

When your girlfriend complains that it's too hot in the house
When your sweeping up dirt and bark off the furnace room floor
When you have the wood shed halffull off wood for next year already

When you are spending more time swatting mosquitoes than splitting wood.

When you can walk outside with only a t shirt on and be comfortable.

I wanted mosquitoes but, I'll go with plugging the air conditioner in.
(neither are a guarantee to an end of cold weather in New England)

+1. 83 for a high today. Time to pull out the shorts and flip-flops.

When you purposely don't engage the combustor hoping it might help to keep the black flies at bay.

When I can sit in the living room and play Halo in a T- shirt..................

When your avatar goes kooky?

when craig kicks you out or off or whatever

I still think you need a new hat

When it's 76* in the house at 8:30 AM.

When I can't stand to wear my fake Uggs beyond about 7:30 AM.

When I look at the on-hand wood supply for the stoves and I don't have to do anything at all.

When I can't do more than an hour of splitting before taking off my long sleeved shirts.

Gorgeous day here in Central Oregon, crystal clear and 72*...maybe this winter really will end. (I'm not going to let it fake me out, though). Rick

Oh yeah - When I see the first Lizard of the Spring scurrying around the rocks in the yard. Rick

You come in from cutting wood and your wife has placed pots of blooming annuals on top of the stove.

When I'm outside working in my shorts and no top. Like the 76 degree beauty we've been blessed with today. The sun feels good!
