looking for some info on how to series pressurised storage tanks together. I have three 500 gal propane tanks want to stack them up. how should i pipe them !!

I'd plumb them just as they're stacked - top of bottom tank to bottom of middle tank and so on. Hot water in/out the top of the highest tank, cold in/out the bottom of the lowest tank.
I was hoping I got your opinion thanks for the info. Now for the next question do I need to run a bigger cirk to push threw all of that volum of water right now i'm using a 007 for my boiler loop.

The size of the circ is not dependent on the volume of water in the system. It's dependent on the flow restriction of the loop(s) and the heat output of the boiler. I'd plumb the storage itself with large diameter black iron to keep the flow restriction and flow velocities low. That will also help reduce turbulence and mixing in the tanks.
A Taco 007 is what I used until I built my poor man's variable speed pump. They can push 8 or 10 gallons a minute through a typical zone valve based system. Zone valves have a 1/4" (or maybe even smaller) orifice. That's enough flow to distribute 80,000 BTU/hr at a reasonable temperature drop.
