I think woodstock sells them - I don't know how well they work - just a guess - but they probably work no better than setting the boots near the stove to warm 'em up and dry 'em out.
Woodstock does sell them here in their online store. Notice that there are two different sizes. It's not that clear on the website, but the prices listed are for a pair of warmers, not per piece.

Yes, Woodstock sells two sizes. We have both sizes and they work extremely well.
The large ones work great for drying boots or even gloves and the small ones work best for gloves or mittens. The small ones also will work for drying boots. Naturally the large will hold heat longer.
I like to take extra gloves while working in the woods during the winter months. Seems the gloves always get wet. I haul wood using the atv so before heading up with a load, I simply change gloves. Those warm gloves feel great then! What I do is put one stick in each glove then wrap them in an old towel to help hold the heat. After changing gloves, I put the warmers into the gloves I had been wearing so as to dry and warm them. This also works great during hunting season.
For drying boots, just put one soapstone stick in each boot and by the time the stick has cooled, the inside of the boots are dry. We've used both sizes in boots; smaller boots get the small sticks and the larger ones get the large sticks.
One other thing we do is keep them on top of the stove all the time. When we set something on the stove (cooking food or just heating water) we always set it on top of the sticks so as to keep from scratching the top of the stove.
