Well, I finally got everything together and put my order in yesterday. I was originally going to go with a Harman P61A. That is up until yesterday when I was told that I shouldn't expect delivery until NOVEMBER!!!! So, I had been torn between the P61A and the P68. Seeing as though there is only a $200 difference between the two and that I can get the P68 a month sooner I went ahead and did the P68.

So, this leads me to my biggest question... I have read here and there that you should go with the biggest (BTU wise) stove you can afford and I've also heard that you don't want to get one that is too big... Which is true??? I'm pretty sure that this is going to be overkill for my needs but I have always been the type that believes that too much is better than not enough... Please give me any thoughts that you have.

My second question is about pellets. I have a ton of Cubex coming with the stove and have heard that these are good pellets. I can also get the Corinth Wood Pellet substantially cheaper than the Cubex. Does anyone have any input as to the quality of the Corinth Pellets???

Thanks in advance for any thoughts!!!

Also, this is an EXCELLENT resource and is great to see so much good information available.

Over-sized isn't a issue with pellet stoves. Ya just turn down the burn rate.

The brochure says 0-68,000 and covers 2,200+ square/feet. I don't really need this big for my house. But, I figured if I'm going to put this much money into it I might as well play it safe.

the breckwell big e will cover 2,200 sqaure feet and puts out 55,000 btu's and is priced at $1,870.00
has a 140 lb hopper

I have researched the Harmans and they seem the most reliable to me.

Delivery date is today, I just got back from NH with it. It is the last one they had in stock.
