Minister of Fire
.........featuring service tech guru Mike Holten explaining the whole enchilada.
Nicely done and very detailed. I`ll be helping to connect my neighbors 25 PDV next week and this video sure inspires confidence in an Englander pellet stove.

Quad has one with their stoves too. Seems a small percentage of people actually watch it. The ones who don't are calling us when their stove is packed full of ash and wont run anymore.

The real pains are the ones that haven't removed the DVD from the stove and complain that it burns badly. :)

I have a question for you. In the CB1200 manual P 17 it shows the out side air installations. Why does it show a rope seal at the bottom back of pedestal base for the floor fresh air, and no seal for the fresh air out the back. I am interested in knowing, seems I can’t find the answer. Thanks
