How Many Cords for a TARM Solo Plus MKII Boiler?

I was reading about small cabin for hikers that will be using this gassification boiler and they estimated
12 cords of wood per year?!!!!

Must be a typo ?

We heat under 1800 Sq Ft - under 2800 if you count the cellar - with an older MB 55 Solo and 4 cords of wood - and it drives us out. With storage we should be able to heat year 'round on less than twice that...maybe 6 cords.
