so here it is... Woodbutcher put together a sweet vid of me cutting a 30" ash trunk at my neighbor's house. Stihl MS660 mag, ported. For this cut, I put the 28" bar on it. The chain is Stihl full skip, relatively sharp, but needs to be professionally sharpened to be at it's peak... Here it is, tell me what ya think... Not too bad, 30 inches of ash in about 30 seconds.

Yeah I'd say she ripped right through it!

Great......now all I want to do is go out and start bucking some wood with my saw, but I'm stuck in this damn office for the rest of the day. Thanks. ;-P

I have a question about the head gear you had on, what were those orange things on the back of your head? %-P

HAHA... Those would be the helmet attached ear protection I never use. I look at it this way, I LOVE the sound of my saw, and I'm already half deaf from bouncing in night clubs for all those years. I use them in the winter if my ears are cold though...

I must say..... that at the end of that cutting and lugging marathon, I was dead tired.
Please note...we must give our good friend Ray credit.......watch in the video, you can see him work'in while we make movies....%-P

Very cool!! Good tune, Great saw! I couldn't imagine having something like that in my hands. I'd get sawdust in my mouth from smiling so big while cutting. The only thing that would have made the video better is a big explosion at the end :)

Big saws RULE. The only problem I have with them is cutting with anything less it seems SOOOOOO slow.

No doubt... I had to do some pruning, so I broke out my 46cc Poulan.... felt like a toy compared to beasty...
