What should I do?

I noticed that the flue from wood stove was loose. It moved up and down. Didn't seem right so I removed it. Cleaned it then I noticed the the connector that passes through the wall was really loose. And it came out! From what I can tell, the connector is double walled stainless steel. It slips over a portion that connects with the steel chimney insert. I think this connector was held in place by cement that has crumbled. Stove was installed by Mechanical/ HVAC contractor. Installed February 2006. Am hesitant to call this guy back.

As you can surely see, I am no professional wood stove installer. Please forgive my ignorance. I appreciate any suggestions, advice, wisdom, experience you have to offer!

Thanks Craig, Will take it up with the installer. Seems as though he is eager to help. Am glad I inspected before firing up!
