Maybe some of you Declaration owners could help me set some realistic burn time expectations for my new insert. I know that the published maximum of 12 hours is a bunch of hooey, and burn time will vary by the type/dryness of the fuel, split size, etc. But I'm wondering what people actually get in the real world. Thanks.

Our Declaration is getting installed on the 22nd and once it gets cool enough to burn regularly I'll let you know what I find. We can compare notes and methods for "real life" burn times. I'm hoping maybe 8-9 hours may be realistic under "normal" conditions.

Sorry guys, but i would have to say mabe 6 or 7 at best. :bug:

6 or 7 will work! Hopefully that means that just tossing on a couple of pieces will be enough to get 'er goin again.
