The basement is still a work in progress, but the stove is installed and running. It has been 30 deg here in the mornings and colder than that at night, it sure is nice to have the stove! In the next month I should have the basement completely insulated and with wiring done and drywall hung.

First night I ran the stove was last night, put 1 bag of pellets in at 7PM, had the room temp set at 78, feed rate at ~ 2.75 and the switch and dial both on high. I was down to about a cup of pellets left in the hopper at 6AM this morning. How does that sound to those of you that own an XXV?

Thanks - Trav

Nice Stove! I am getting a top vent kit installed on mine, then the trip to go get it. I really like the XXV's. I hope it performs as good as it looks.

Looks good. I had my XXV installed last week. Really like it so far.

lookin good!
Once you get those heat sucking walls insulated, it will make a big
difference on how much fuel you go through to keep warm.

Great Job! Can't wait to get mine going.
