How do i get to the 2 amp fuse in the control panel to change it, do i have to take the top cover of the boiler off?

Start with the primaries about half open and shut the secondaries down to about 3/16". Lay some kindling over the slot. Put some strips of paper over that. Light the paper while holding the bypass damper closed. After about 30 seconds load her up and close the door. Don't build a big fire unless you have somewhere to dump the heat.
