installer help! outside air intake englander 55 SHP10L taken from chimmeny

I just bought the pellet stove and having trouble with getting outside air . It is against a chimney in the center of the house I am going to run 3" pipe up to chimney opening then two elbows to 4" flex 20 feet to top of chimney then out about 10 inches above top. I have a 10 inch by 10" main beam under the floor where I was going to drill a hole to get into the basement to run the fresh air intake . So my thought is to drill a four inch hole in the same flue below the exhaust to pull outside air . My friend said I could get a condensation problem or pull exhaust fumes down . Is it possible to pull fumes down 20 feet , and does this sound like a bad idea . PLEASE HELP BEFORE MY WIFE KILLS ME !! THANKS CHRIS
 
I am not an expert by any means, but I would think that it is possible to pull the fumes back in, and it just doesn't seem like a good idea to me. I would try to find another way to get that outside air kit hooked up. Is there any way to go through the floor, and then outside? I think that would be a much better option.
 
the house is 193 years old so tightness is not an issue, the 10 inch beam under the floor doesnt allow me to drill through the floor.but if you think negative pressure will not be an issue I guess iam ok

Oh yes, I have a few of those beams. My house is only slightly older than 100. But it's real fun trying to cut, drive, or drill things thru the oak and stone. But the upside is 4 tons of pellets 20 feet from the stove. I have a 10" x 14" beam under 95 bags of pellets.
