I think he's charging more for the rust because it gives the stove that "Distressed" look.....

Does the stove even cost that much brand new?

This guy has to be a joker, what a piece of (expletive deleted)............! And $3000 on top of it, ha, ha, ha!

This listing actually scares me. Is it possible for a Harman to look that bad after a few years of normal use and care?

You guys are way off. The stove was actually orange to begin with. It just got all nasty and dirty black from the vehicle exhaust from the car in the garage below it.
5 minutes worth of elbow grease and maybe hiding the exhaust and it woulda looked nice!
Kilarney, Ige got guys at work that have been pelletheads for years, and thier stoves look nothing like that. This thing musta lived its first life in an igloo or something like that

I saw that stove last week on CL. Looks like humidity
and neglect probably got the best of it. Doubt anyone
is gonna buy it.

I bet you it has never been cleaned at all. Also I wonder why he included the outside picture,, it looks like he just about burned his house down before he finally decided to put that vent cap on it.

FUGLY

I just sold my Harman P61 (7 years old) on CL for 1200. Unlike that guy I took care of my stove and set what I thought was a fair price.
It sold the same day to the first guy who saw it...and he paid cash.
In total I think I got about 40 e-mail and 2 people offered me 100 over my asking price.
The demand for these stoves now is almost silly.....but hopefully not 3000 for a crapped up accentra silly.

The fresh air pipe is worth it alone.

I think this stove needs to go through Kinsman Stoves Signature Division.
