Buying experince from ventingpipe.com good/bad?

Hi,

I need to extend my outside vent pipe and I have Metal Fab brand. WWW.ventingpipe.com has pipe on their website. Anybody ever purchase from them and what was your experience good, bad, or ugly? Only place here is closed by time I get out of work plus it is an 80 mile round trip.

Or if you happen to know a dealer or place in southern Vermont that sells Metal Fab brand, I would appreciate that info. Been making a few calls today but all I can find is Sel-Kirk, Dura-Vent in this area.

My experience was very good, I originally ordered from another online source, and while I was promised things were in stock, 9 out of 10 items were out of stock. I called ventingpipe.com and talked to a human who actually called the warehouses and vendors and found me what I was looking for and they delivered on time. THe other company was telling me 4 weeks delay and venting pipe delivered! They were about 5% more money, but the service was superb!
 
They told me they had the pipe I needed in stock and if they didn't they would ensure it was shipped the next day from their supplier. A week later I inquired about order status and was told it would be 3 more weeks. They didn't even bother to let me know it was backordered, I had to call to find out. I cancelled the order and found it elsewhere.
 
I ordered from them once, and their shipping costs are insane. There are a few stove shops here on the site that can probably be competive on the price of the pipe and will not take you to the cleaners on shipping cost.
 
I had no problems with them. They had the items in stock that I needed, they shipped the items on time and they got to my house when they said they would. No complaints.
