Help needed. 6th day with new Harman Accentra. Worked beautifully until this AM. I shut down the stove last night before going to bed. Turned dial to off position. This morning I noticed the combustion light on the board was still on. However, no sound of a motor/fan running. When turned to the "Test" position the auger will not feed. I tried unplugging in hope it might reset, but no luck. When plugged back in, same story, combustion light on, auger won't feed in "Test". Any ideas? Please help!!!

Pulled the stove out last night to investigate further, still no luck. Combustion fan moves freely, not bound up. Has anybody else experienced this? When turned to "Test" the distribution blower is the only one to come on. No movement/sound from the combustion blower even though the light on the board is on. As a result, no feed. Help please.

Sounds like the combustion motor. Can you put power directly to the motor to see if it works?

I think I read that you can unhook the distribution motor wires and hook the combustion motor in it's place then switch to test. See if the motor turns then. If not, seems as though the motor is shot.

Do as codebum says to check the blower.
also check to make sure the wires didn't pop off the board... 6 days of use shouldn't burn out the blower that quick. but it could be defective...

no combustion blower= no vacuum=no feed.......

Forgive me for the obvious. You have a brand new stove, why haven't you called the dealer who sold the stove to you.
