The last page of your owner's manual should have an email contact for service. I think there may be a phone number somewhere in either the owner's manual or installation manual as well. Their technical support isn't much, they want you to call your dealer. I would do that anyway if your stove is new. Look at St. Croix web site http://www.stcroixheat.com/
