Dark Smoke from pellet stove Englander 25-EP outside vent

We are having issues with our Englander 25-ep; We have called Englander about a month ago to have some help with this, but it doesn't seem to have changed. The 1st thing that the tech person thought was wrong is that it was on the wrong setting on the control board. It was set up to burn corn and this stove only burns pellets. Ok so that was changed but still nothing has changed with the smoke coming out the pipe, our siding is black from this and my husband is very upset about this. So we are looking for help; what could be the issue?

Our pellets aren't wet they are stored in a dry basement. Help
Any Suggestions anyone else have this issue or is this normal, really hope not. We've only have the stove up and running since Thanksgiving.

this has been doing this from day one. I will have my hubby call them again to see if they can adjust the air, the 1st thing that they did work on to try and fix was that it was getting to many pellets because of it being on the wrong setting from the factory, it seemed to be ok for a day or 2. Once this is straightened out then we have to figure out how to clean the cream colored vinyl siding that is now black along with the sofiting(sp)
My hubby cleans the stove everyday so we already know that is not the issue.

you can actually see the black smoke coming from the vent, I will have to ask my husband about the configuration
