we bought a drolet eco 35 pellet stove in october and it went off on a H1 in November, you get three tries to reset and then it says to call SBI, so we did that and left 45 messages for them (they still have not replied) so we tried the store where it was purchased and they also could not help up. so we took the stove to the store and exchanged it for a new one. Worked great for a month, now it's off on H1 and no one can help us

Does Anyone Out There Know How to Reset a Drolet Eco 35 Pellet Stove?

Please Please Help Us!

Cold in Canada!

Hi cold;

I feel your pain....if you go to the bottom of this page, where it says "search this forum" and type in Drolet H1, it will bring up a bunch of threads, some from last year, detailing some factory reset codes. I hope the information there will help you out.

Here is what I found on the site for you:

Update from Drolet or reset code for my ECO-45 stove.

The two button reset of the H1 is not working for me, so I talked to Anne at Drolet this morning and here is the reset that she game me.

Press the “Mode” button and release
Press the “+” button and release
Press the “-” button and release
Press the “quiet” button and hold for 3 to 5 seconds.

The stove will reset/or power off and all should be fine.

I will try this when I get home from work tonight smile

We emailed SBI tech support many times and got good responses. Sometimes you wait a day but they have helped us with two issues. On their homepage they have a tech support link. We have an Osburn 45which is similar. Had some overheating errors and they instructed us as to where to put some extra insulation and haven't had a problem since.
