Status light flashing 3 times, all blowers remain on, but not feeding fuel. According to manual, I tried a manual reset, did not correct the problem. I have unplugged stove and will wait until it cools and clean the ESP. Anyone in the know out there, will this correct my problem? Thanks in "Advance".

If resetting the controller does not eliminate the 3-blink status,
then you will need to check and clean your ESP and exhaust flue.
How many bags have you burned since you last cleaned the exhaust chamber?
To do this:
1. Shut your stove down.
2. Remove your ash pan.
3. Remove the combustion blower cover plate.
4. You then should see a square hole that goes straight back to your exhaust vent pipe where it is
attached to the stove exhaust collar. About 3/4 of the way back you will see the ESP probe.
Clean the exhaust chamber. Be careful not to bend or damage the exhaust probe. Use a long handled
soft brush to clean the probe. You can take it out if need be. It is only a single screww holding it in.
Usually when I clean it, I take my shop vac hose and with a thin nozzle attachment I stick the hose in the
chamber to clean the exhaust chamber and carefully guide it past the probe to the back this cleans out the
ashes in my vent pipe 'T'. I am not sure how your vent pipe is setup, but if you tap on your vertical section
you can get the ashes to fall and be sucked up by your vac.
PS: I always unplug my stove before vacuuming!

Codebum, I have removed the flue pipe from the rear of the stove and cleaned the ESP with windex. Its now clean. I also removed the ash pan and removed the plate to access the flue from the inside and vacuumed it. I reassembled and still get three flashes. The stove will not feed or ignite. As soon as I plug it in, the combustion blower and distribution blow turn on. The stove is cold. Need more ideas!

Unless someone else can chime in with some ideas, my suggestion would be try another ESP probe. If your stove is a recent purchase maybe the dealer has one (under warranty at n/c?). Even if you have to purchase, I have heard their around $35 to $40.
Replacing it might be the easiest and cheapest item to try.

Check room temp probe to see if it is plugged in properly in the back of the stove or if jumper you have a jumper wire instead see if it is doing it's thing. After reading everyone elses suggestions I agree with changing the ESP probe. Some last forever while others have been known to be defective out of the gate.

ESP could be bad, but check the wire from the ESP all the way back to the control board.....

Hi GVA, I've been good, stoves been great. Advance has been working OT the last couple of weeks here in NYC, it's been very cold. ESP wire is intact and plugged in. I keep the stove very clean and perform a PM regularly. Hopefully my problem will be solved with a new ESP. It will be an easy fix.
