Harman Accentra FS "Beeping"

Hi All,
My wifes Grandmother had a new Harman Accentra installed the beginning of January. I am not familiar with the stove, but she called last night saying the stove "beeps" every 2-3 minutes. I am going to head over and take a look, but wanted to know if anyone else knows what it could be. From what I understand she turned down the temp and it started going off....any help would be appreciated.

OK, so I am beginning to think the stove was a bad idea for her. She just called back and said don't worry, she figured it out. Apparently her cell phone was on the table next to the stove and she had a voice mail! LOL---good ole 75 yr old woman with technology!!
