Hi, been thinking of a new stove for the workshop and ran across one of these from a friend who is moving south and wont be needing it and offered it to me at about 2/3 price and this was his first year using it. Seems to be a fine workshop stove to me...as long as you don't score gasoline in the shop yeah go for it. I see it'll burn logs up to 26" too, Huh!
The brand name sometimes gets a beating here but that stove passed an EPA muster + WA state so that's that. Now it's all about price.

That should make a nice basic stove for a workshop. Be sure to honor the clearances and install on a proper R .8 hearth.
PS: For reference, this stove is selling for about $600 new.

It seems most manufacturers like to advertise the most extreme duration one might ever hope to extract from the perfect wood under perfect conditions....yada yada....
I'd be tickled with 8hrs. between reloads!
