Castile question

Well from the start of your message it sounded like the venting is somewhat plugged or the vacumm switch is acting up. If your venting is restriced than the vacumm switch cant close and it will cause the stove to go out. The unit will run for 5 to 10 minutes and then kick off.
But when you said one of the blowers is running with no fire that makes me think it is something else. As that is a signal that something is wrong when the blower kicks on when you plug it in. The stove was designed to do this to alert you to an issue. I would check the venting espically if you have a screen on your vent cap. Then check the vacumm switch. If it is still acting up then your overlimit snapdisc is more than likely bad.

I had this same issue and I am somewhat an experienced pellet burner lol. RETRACE your steps when you cleaned it. This issue plaqued me all day one time.....until I retraced exactly what I did....it sounds like you either have a plug.... OR something is faulting your vacuum. In my case.....when the trap door at bottom of burn pot had shut....it did not shut completely. There was a small(but vital) gap where the trap door had not shut, creating an interuption in the vacuum. My first order would be to re trace your cleaning steps carefully as your stove worked BEFORE you cleaned it. Then start looking at other options such as the exhaust pipe etc....

This blower is supposed to run for 15 mins or so after power is restored to it, FYI.

There are multiple things that could be wrong. The room blower is a totally independant system from the rest of the stove so the fact that its not coming on is irrelivant to the stove shutting down. If the stove was run for a long time without the room blower it would trip the overheat sensor which requires a manual reset.

How long does it run before it "shuts down"?
What control box do you have, grey or clear (a "new" stove will have a clear one)?

Sounds to me that the fuel feed needs to be increased if the internal temp. on start up doesn't hit 600f the unit will shut down usually takes 10-15 min. you should see a green light inside the clear control box once the internal temp. reaches 175 and then it will turn red when it reaches 600f. this would be my first thing check if the unit doesn't get warm enough the convection blower wont come on either. you should have approximate a 5" flame.

If it was shutting down from an overheat it would NOT TURN ON AGAIN until you manually reset one of the snap switches.

I think #1 is for the blower which could be causing the blower to not come on.

I am interested to see what the real problem ends up being.

You never did say if you get the green light then red light on the control box, if these never light up your thermocouple might be weak. Not the red call for heat light but the red light inside the clear box.
