The baffle in my Drolet Eco35 *pictures*

I'm waiting on one that a metal guy I know is fabricating for me...until then, this is what I've lived with. Fortunately, the guy at Stove Builder International (who manufacture the Drolet) is being very helpful, and is sending a new one ASAP.

Has anyone else had this kind of trouble?

They have been very responsive at SBI, and I did email them the pictures and the serial number, but I don't know if I'll be able to wait that long, which is why I'm having this guy make one for me. When you look in the stove, you can actually see the baffle hanging down...and I'm afraid that it's going to fall on the burn pot while I'm out or sleeping.
So far it's been ok, but now I'm paranoid.

I have no idea. the fella at SBI figured it was either faulty, or that my stove had too much heat.

I talked to Pascal. I'm still waiting on the baffle too!
