It would seem that he figured out that he should stick to what he is good at. Not a bad way to get 10 years plus ahead and have a splitter ready to go in a decade or so. Unless you can directly deliver it, you're not making a whole lot of money paying $110/cord if there are really 50 cord there.

Face cords sell for $125 to $150 in fall and winter. $110 for a full cord is actually a pretty good deal here. (I'd have to get a semi to pick up and deliver it somewhere). As I said, no room at my place. (Unless I can convince the family to do without the backyard, swingset, trampoline, garden... Hmmmm? I wonder)
