Lowes in my area is stocking Greenview pellets but I can't find any info on them. Anyone have experience with them? Not sure if that is the exact name as I talked with them on the phone and this is what they stated. Thanks.

Were they perhaps Greenway pellets?
I've seen those sold at the big box stores, but I have never heard of greenview. Just because I've never heard of them doesn't mean a thing though.

Hi Packerfan - I have a decent offer in front of me for GREENWAY "Premium Wood Pellet Fuel". Have you used them yourself? What's your take on the quality?

I remember that the Greenway pellets had a lot of long pellets in the bags. Many being over 2" long.
I picked up a half ton to try them out. They are Green Team out of PA and were at Lowes here in North Kingstown, RI. $269/ton and I had a 10% coupon so the 1/2 ton was $121.05. They seem to have a consistent length of about 1/2-3/4" and will have to wait until it cools down to try them.

I just got back from Lowes and actually took a pic on my cell to remind me the name of greenway pellets they are Called Premieum Hard wood pellets and are asking 5.38 a bag this was the cheepest price at a local Depot or Lowes that I have seen in over a year. wanted to check this site for any comments before I grab a ton or so.
Wonder if these are from last year and will they raise the price in the next month.
