Sizing fan?

I have a Kozyheat Z42 that I ran all of last winter. It has the built in fan in the bottom to circuitate air around the firebox. Works ok, but nothing spetacutlar and is pretty loud. I have found some 120mm x 120mm x 38mm case fans that move about 75 cfm at 30 dbA. I am thinking about building a mount that holds 6 of these fans. They will basically run from one side of the fireplace to the other. Should be quite and together will move about 450 cfm of air. Does anyone know how much air a standard fireplace fan moves? One time I thought I saw one that was 150 cfm or 300 cfm if you put two fans togehter. Any advice on my possible setup would be great as well. I am going to use a control module out of an osicating fan we have. Neat part is that there is a timer that I can set to keep the fans runing from 1-8 hours before shutting down.

Anybody? Maybe I rambled too much in the orginal post..... I'm looking for the flow (CFM) of the typical blowers that you guys are using?

The spec sheets say they are good up to 167 deg F. The case is made from Al, however the blades are nylon. I would say if for some reason the fire was allowed to burn hot and the fans weren't turning, you may melt the blades. The bottom of the floor of the firebox will be about 1 1/2" above the fans. The fans are cheap, but they are produced in high volume for use with servers and comptuers to cool their power supplies, etc... One nice thing is that they have really worked to make the fans quiet becuase noise is a huge issue when putting them in a computer that is in say an office or house.

Well, I may make a mount for the fans and give it a try. I feel that my Z42 is capable of putting out some good heat, but I don't think the current blower fan is able to circulate the air around the firebox and out into the room fast enough. Right now the air is moving slowly out the aux vents on the top that I have turned out into the room. The air coming out is plenty warm, but it never gets "pushed" into the room.
