Narrowed my insert down to a Hampton I300, enamel brown. Just curious what others have recently paid for the unit, surround, and blower. Want to make sure I'm not overpaying.

I'm waiting to get back a quote, I'll post that once I do.

Thanks!

There's a sale going this month for a free fan which knocks about $300 off the price.

Here's the first quote I got with the brown enamel i300:

Unit $2,452
Surround $540
Blower $435
Discount -$350 (current promotion)
Rigid SS $1,000

Seems very high to me based on what others have paid. No idea what the SS line all includes, but just for the insert, surround and blower would be $3427.

This dealer was not very close to where I live so I'm not sure if they are padding the price because of that or just weren't interested in the first place.

I'm waiting for another quote that I should get tomorrow.

Suggested retail price for the stove
$2402 Stove in brown
$496 for face plate
Blower free
Should be able to get a flexible stainless liner kit for 5-600 bucks (25')
Sounds like they may have added some freight costs in their pricing, which isnt out of the norm in some areas

It has been about 18 months, but I paid 3800 for everything you have listed. This also included instalation.

$2307 - Stove and Surround (Metallic Black)
$0000 - Blower (Free promo)
$1300 - Liner and Install

Got another quote back, this is from a dealer who is closer, closest dealer for where I live.
I'm following up if the quote includes block off plates, and costs for a double-wall rigid, insulated SS liner.
Whadda think?
