I have an Englander 25-PDVC and I'm on my 3rd season with it. I also have been burning the Bayou pellets since mid last season that I get from Agway for $279/ton and I believe tey crete a bit more ash than other brands I've used but that amount you have doesn't seem right. That is a crazy amount of ash you have in that stove. I ran my stove almost all day yesterday and I probably had 15-20% that amount of ash. I ran my stove on heat/ blower setting 1/1. I'm pretty sure that running it at a lower setting will produce more ash as the pellets aren't getting as good as a burn as they would on a higher setting. I would say make sure your settings match up (heat/blower 2/2, 3/3, etc.) and just to rule it out or not, get a bag of some other brand and see if that fixes your problem. I wouldn't buy a full ton until you tried some other brands.
