I have a very good friend that has used them for the last 2 years. Great heat and very few fines. I trust his judgement. If I could get them in my area I would have bought 4 tons. Your pricing is good also.

Eric at Kinsman Stoves (a member here) is a Pro Pellet dealer. He has had great luck with them.

We have a small independent seller here in Central Wisconsin that also sells 'em. I haven't heard any bad things about 'em. I'd give 'em a try but I like the local dealer's softwood pellets a lot.

Thanks! Guys I am going to grab a ton later today.....My Harman will burn anything so I will see how they are

Jeff

I forgot to mention that my friend burns them in a Harman P68 so you should be good to go.

i purchased these this year. have burned about 7 bags so far.not real happy, seem to have more ash than others i have used, and many are over 2 inches long.will keep trying but not thrilled so far.

Jeff, as was mentioned above, Eric at Kinsman stoves sells & distributes ProPellets (and swears by them as a great pellet). He is also a Harman dealer now. I'm sure they will burn great in your P68.

BTW, that is a great price!

I picked up a couple tons from a farm store here in Ohio & I'm getting the same results..........Lots of ash & some of the longest pellets I've encountered.

I tried another bag (Penningtons) to see if it made any difference or if it was the stove (I just installed the new model Englander insert) & it burnt the Penningtons with hardly any ash. ( Really ! )

Once I burn these 2 tons up, I won't be buying any more propellets.

A hardwood pellet will produce more ash... not really a problem although I do like a cleaner burning pellet.

I've never had any significant problems with long or short pellets in my stove. I tried a new brand of pellets last week and the pellets were random sizes... many small bits mixed with 1" and longer pellets... but I didn't have any trouble and they burned fine (with a little more ash than I like but no biggie).

I burned 3 tons last year that I got from Eric, loved them.
Bought 3 more tons this year from him.

BTW, I stopped in and saw Eric & Pellet last Saturday, he says hello to everyone,
Pellet just wanted to be "petted". BIG puppy

I would not be surprised if the grade that Eric sells may be a tad better. The big box stores tend to carry a lower grade pellet.
