Not sure about crappy...I just burned 2 bags of them in my englander. Not the best, not the worst. Ash was medium, heat medium. I'd give them 5/10.

If nothing else was available, I could deal with them.
 
I'm burning some right now,decent shoulder season I thought the ash was a bit excessive,but I havent burnt Infernos.

I totally agree YUK! Total waste.

But the word "Inferno" Invokes images of a blazing hot fire stoked by the hand of Lucifer himself! With a name like that, they have to be great

So true. Once someone markets HellFire pellets, I'm grabbing 10 tons.
 
I bought 4 ton of these in mid summer for $229 a ton they are pretty no noticable issues heat seems just fine compared to others I have used
