Anybody buy from woodpellets.com and if so how was your experince

They used to be called Pelletsales.com. If you do a search on this forum you will see many good statements about them. I have used them in Northern NJ twice, and am very pleased.

I know the guys that started this business. They seem like a good bunch of fellers. Never heard a bad thing about Pelletsales.com from any of my customers

Bought from them this year. The experience was top notch.

I bought 3 tons of LG from them this year when they were pelletsales.com.
No problem with with them.
I had a couple of bags that got wet and they took this off the price.
Delivery was when they said it would be.

Millhouse, I bought 4 tons of the CleanFires in April. Great transaction. Lady on the phone who took my order was very nice. I asked about picking up the pellets myself, and they said OK, but after I found how far, decided to have them deliver.

They called a few days before delivery to make sure all the details were correct. Used credit card, but it wasn't charged until day of delivery. Driver put the pallets wherever I wanted.

Overall, a very good experience.

Bought from them last year and was pleased. Didn't return to them this
year only because they were not carrying the brand I wanted.

They did not charge my cc until my pellets were in my driveway.

Purchased from them as well, great service with a brand I was looking for at a good price. Could not have been happier!! Would highly recomend them.

I would like to order using them, but new england pellets ( clearfire) don't do well in my stove..

My brother in law uses them. Most recently bought 5 tons of LG's, he spoke very highly of them (both the company and the LG's).
