I'm in the process of installing Tekmar 541 thermostats. You can optionally add a slab sensor to them. I've got a one slab sensor that is in concrete and a couple that are under the subfloor in between the staple up plates, and insulated with foamboard. I think Honeywell makes a similar thermostat and slab sensor set up.
