ive got a 30x60 shop that my greenwood 100 is located in. my shop is not insulated and has no form of heat. i know it is possibble to tap into the burner to heat my shop. what would be the best way to do this. i have thought about using some sort of an aftercooler with a squirrel cage fan mounted to the back and run hot and cold return as i already have my lines T'd so all that needs done is finding something to use to create the heat. any ideas would help

1800 sq ft. without insulation may be tough to heat?
My 1200 sq ft shop heats up without even running the radiant just from the heat loss off the EKO 40. The shop is spray foamed and fairly tight.

I have the same experience as the previous poster. Boiler is in a 1500 sq ft detached garage. Plumbed the piping out there so I could add an air handler later. Never needed to. The heat coming off the front door, stack, boiler sides etc heat the garage just fine even with three roll up doors. Sometimes it's hotter than inside the house. The garage is insulated however.
depends on the temp you want...just above freezing or nice and toasty. Why not put your return line into a hydronic area heater with a fan, set thermostat at 40 and let it go. My greenwood is in a 24x32 and even below zero temps outside yields mid 40s inside, but I have insulated the shop.
