I have a Harmon XXV and the igniter stopped working, so I used some gel and lit it manually. This worked for a few weeks, now the feed stops after its lit. The feed will work on auto ignite, but when the igniter doesn't lite, I start it with gel and the pellets burn but never feed. The pellets eventually burn out and the stove shuts down as if it has run out of pellets. The status lite blinks six status when it doesn't feed and five when the igniter doesn't work.

The infamous "6 blink" error is USUALLY due to lack of cleaning. It indicates incomplete combustion for more than 50 minutes. otherwise, its likely your ESP probe is kaput.

make sure also that your pressure switch is operating properly. If this is not operating properly neither your feed motor nor your igniter will turn on. This could also cause the "6 blink" status code.
