About a week ago my 3 year old Harman XXV began showing signs of trouble.
I have been unable to regulate the temp, fan speed or feed rate.
I could have the Room Temp set to 70* and the feed rate to 4, but the stove is pumping heat (room is 78*) and eating pellets at the rate of 2+ bags per day.
A call to the stove shop led me to remove the temp sensor probe and clean it. This didnt change the behavior of the stove. Today I purchased a new probe and installed it. Same results. I have noticed that when I touch the temp control knob, the stove will act differently, almost like the pot for the knob is bad or has come loose from the PC board.
Anyone have advice for me???
