Quad Castille FS will not feed

Saw the dial, and when my buddy bought the new board the shop tech set it to 4 saying that's what the Castille should be set at. I have the tech manual now so I'll give it a look and see if it tells me anything different from what the tech said. Thanks for the heads-up.

The switch is there because the control module fits multiple stoves, and they all have slightly different needs for feed and fans. I wouldn't touch the adjustment unless you're sure it is wrong.

Problem finally found and fixed.

The issue turned out to be two things:

1. The auger motor was dead.
2. The control board would not send power to the vacuum switch to control the auger motor.

It wasn't until we ohmed all of the wires from the harness and found none broken that we discovered that the issue had to be multiple things. It's always more difficult to troubleshoot a problem after someone already tried, and is giving you info that may or may not be valid.

after suggestion to check voltage again

umped them one at a time and then both at the same time, but that doesn’t matter if yu’re not getting power to the red wire on the vacuum switch. No power there no power ot the snap disk or the auger.

We never had both a new board and motor at the same time to try, because the owner that picked up the parts would take one back after we tried it and it didn't work. After way too much time troubleshooting the wiring and parts it came down to that it had to need both the motor and the board.

I'm always buying broken stoves to refurb and resell, but I don't have the owner giving me info that isn't so accurate when repairing them. I will definitely be buying more to fix.
