How long is it taking the average 1200i owners for the blower motor to kick on from the time the stove calls for heat?Mine is about 22 minutes with the setting on low.Is this correct?

Sounds about right for a cold start up. On a warm restart I have the blower motor come on in less than 5 minutes.

Had a 90 degree snap disc #1 installed and it kicks on after 8 minutes from cold start. Had a lot of issues with the 125 and 140 degree snap discs but this 90 degree that was retrofitted may be the answer!

15 to 20 mins depends if your drawing outside air. Also the temp switch you have does make a differance. One way to look at it is even when your stove no longer has a flame it is throwing heat. Where other types of stoves shut the blower off once room temp is made. So your saving pellets on the cool down and others are saving on start up.
