That is a great story.

I'm sure I appreciate more now that I have taken on the "wood burning" lifestyle. I do find myself looking at trees with a totally different view point. In the woodlot my buddy owns that I am helping him work on we are slowly removing down and damaged trees leaving room for the healthy nice looking trees to prosper. Point being, I really do notice nice healthy looking trees now.

i agree coincidentally enough ..im kinder and appreciate trees alot more now that i am around them more and rely on them to heat my home and keep my family warm
