I just accidentally cracked my ceramic glass door

Shut her down and replace the glass.

I don't know anything about possible failure/collapse of hte glass due to cracks, but I think I'd burn very small fires at first. Kep a close eye on how things burn to make sure the crack isn't an uncontrollable air leak. The crack letting in too much air and the fire burning too hot is the most ovious problem I can envision. I am sure there are other potential problems.

Are you going to watch it 24/7 to make sure that it doesn't fracture completely and spill embers all over your house? No? Replace it.

Its not like a cracked firebrick; there's no steel or CI to keep the fire in the firebox if it fails.
Not worth the gamble to me.

Is it cracked- as in the crack runs off on one end, or is a piece cracked off - as in the crack runs off at both ends?

I ran my stove for months with a crack in the glass. The real danger is a chance bang breaks off a piece when you have a full burning load of wood. Now you have to babysit it until it cools when you're supposed to be going to work or the liquor store or the inlaws. If the piece comes out and you don't notice, you could overfire pretty easily.

If this happened to me, no question . . . I wouldn't risk damaging the stove or a fire in the event of a catastrophic failure . . . I would shut the stove down and replace the "glass" as soon as possible.

if'n it were me, I'd not burn with it like that. the glass may be hard to replace ASAP, so i'd throw some sheet metal in there until it arrives and keep burning

They might have great service and a wonderfull pricing system, but it would seem that they need to change their name to twodayglass.com.
