you would be astonished to find headlines of home fires around the country that are attributed to the wood stove. Sadly, some include fatalities. And the headline are only two to three days old at any given time throughout the wood heating season. It reminds me of an old adage: "It's not what you know, It's what you think you know that ain't so".
