Thelin stove question.

I have been burning my Thelin for 4 years in my log home as the main heat source. Love the stove. The only thing I had any problem with is some noise in the blower motor. I agree with you about Mr Thelin. Fantastic to deal with on the phone and received replacement parts within a few days. I am thinking about another unit for the basement. We now have the Parlor Pellet stove.

Jay Thelin makes a great stove. I did not find any consistent problems unique to Thelin when i was a dealer for them. They don't like to work in really high altitude, but that does not apply to you!

I have a Thelin Parlour stove....Hammer and the Green team burn the best and the hottest.

My neighbor has a Thelin and he hasn't had any probelms in five years.

I LOVE the look of the Parlour 3000 stove, and I think I saw one in a burgandy red color...awesome!

When I was purchasing my stove, they were in the showroom and I would always look at them, but the salesman never recommended them to me, I have been back there plenty off times and to this day I stop and look, maybe my next one,

Thelin Parlour 3000 here..... Year 2...... This thing will eat any pellet.... Never any issues...... Great Stove......

I have tried a lot of different brands. Barefoot were very good, Green Supreme, Lignetic pretty good. Right now I am burning ProPellet brand. Super hot and low ash. Of course I am a little partial with the ProPellet because I sell them at my business. But I sell them because they are top of the line pellets. Just ask Eric at Kinsman Stoves.

Another Thelin Parlour 3000 here. Second year, never a problem and it burns any brand of pellets.
Some are better than others but this stove doesn't seem to care.

We loved our Thelin Parlor and never had an issue with it. One of the favorite features was the use of thermostat on this stove (we had a non electronic ignition version). When the stove was set on high, when thermostat called for heat, stove would go to high setting, once temperature was reached, stove would return to low setting - saving pellet usage. This is a feature I've not seen on the other stoves we've purchased since.

Speaking of Jay Thelin - a nicer, more open person cannot be found. One of the greatest benefits of purchasing a Thelin is the level of support you receive.
