I am looking at purchasing a Kerr TW2000 wood boiler....I know, it's not a gasifier... What I am trying to decide is if it is better to get the domestic hot water coil for the boiler, or just build my own sidearm to go on my current hot water tank. Any tips or ideas?

If you don't keep the boiler hot all the time the tankless coil would be useless. Go with a sidearm or better yet get the largest indirect tank you can afford as a preheat tank.
