Quadra Fire Mt Vernon AE Auger Removal and Troubleshooting Questions

Today my Mt Vernon AE started getting auger jam errors that would not clear. Usually I would just empty out the hopper and suck out the auger refill and go. The auger is only spinning counter clockwise once the auger jam error appears. I am not sure on how to remove the auger if any one could help or email a copy of the service manual that would help! Also any other troubleshooting steps would help big time. My unit is still under warr but If it is something on the easier side I would like to fix it myself.

Thanks for the reply andy. I had found this manual online also, but I am still not sure how to remove the auger, it is tucked in there at an angle that almost looks like you have to remove the hopper to get it out. Has anyone every taken this part out before that can give a few pointers?

Nice find Andy! I will check out the wires. I have had it unplugged for a better part of today.
