This is our catch from this mornings fishing trip, we fought 20-25 mph winds until around 11:30 am when we had to leave but still ended up with 14 keeper crappie, the largest weighing in at 2 lbs. 13 oz..
Crappie Masters is hosting the Mississippi State Crappie Championship here on Grenada Lake this weekend, alot of fisherman on the water. I have to work the tournament weigh-in tomorrow,....been a long day.... thanks for looking.

I'll be up at the lake today. I wonder if I want to try fishing out of a kayak for some pan fish... It could be fun. It could be a cold wet experience if I hook into a big pike.

I had a 3lb or so smallmouth once pull me and my rowboat about 50 yards on Oneida Lake 2 years ago. Very strong fishies them smallmouths
 
nice catch there! makes me want to get on the water right now, but work comes first. keep up the nice picts.
 
Thats some good eats right there. Had two Black crappies the other day but could not put any more in the boat to make a meal. Need a few more warm days here in S.J.
